I have been busy working on curtains for my daughter Jamie. She and I went to a fabric warehouse sale near Anderson,SC she picked out fabrics and I was given my assignments. Mom make curtains for my LR, DR, Breakfast nook, Kitchen and Laundry room. Here are what the LR panels look like, after barely getting started she decided she wanted them lined. She is going for a beachy feel to her LR. so these are a linen fabric. She may do some additional embellishment once she hangs them. Sure hopes she likes them, since I made 4 of them. Going to call her to tell her she needs to finish painting and get the curtain rod hung, now that the curtains are done.

Rainbow Afghan
I was so touched by this gift. My friend Sherri Wigger is most recently into making rainbow afghans. She is incredibly talented and a wonderful teacher. Anyone who can teach an old / left handed person how to crochet is amazing. Back to the story, so we arrive for the Sunday Busy Bee, we always start with show and tell. Sherri pulls out 4 afghans and tells me I get to pick the one I would like to have. They were all so beautiful it was hard to choose. This is the one I selected. Isn't is great?! It big enough to snuggle under with hubby on chilly nights.
